Family/Guest Fees

First Orientation Guest:  $50.00 (Does NOT include family/guest housing)

The first Guest Orientation fee includes:

• One family packet
• Program materials, programming, and staffing
• One breakfast, lunch, and dinner

 

Additional Orientation Guests: $25.00/additional guest

The additional Guest Orientation fee includes:

• One breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Program staffing
• Family and guests share the family packet

 

Family/Guest Housing (optional):

• $TBD  (Room includes two twin beds, linens, and shared bathroom)

 

Family/Guesting Housing Notes:

• Partners, family members, and guests who would like to room together only need to register for one room
• All family/guest housing rooms may possibly share an unlocked bathroom with another suite
• Early arrivial housing is ONLY available to students. It is not available to family/guests

 

 

Reservation Cancellation Policy: Orientation reservations may be cancelled online or by phone (507-389-5498) until five (5) business days prior to your scheduled orientation session date.  Students will receive a partial refund of 50% and family members will receive a full refund if a cancellation request is submitted at least five (5) business days prior to your scheduled session date.  Those who do not give five business days’ notice, or do not show up, will be charged the entire program fee.
