Pack & Bring

• Casual clothes and comfortable walking shoes
• Comfortable clothing and tennis shoes (with non-marking soles) for group recreation activities
• A photo ID card and Social Security Number
• An umbrella - just in case...
• An alarm clock - sorry no wake-up calls
• A fan - residence hall rooms are NOT air-conditioned
• A bathrobe - there are no private bathrooms in the residence hall rooms
• A sweater or jacket - some meeting rooms are air conditioned
• A pillow, sleeping bag or blanket, towels (linen is not provided)

 Important Information for Military Veterans

• If you are a military veteran please bring a DD214 form (certificate of release or discharge from active duty).  This form is needed to request military benefits.  If you do not have the form, one can be requested at http://www.archives.gov/veterans/military-service-records/get-service-records.html

Please note:

• All rooms are double occupancy; you will be assigned a roommate for the night.
• No phones or televisions are available in the room.
