Geology 122, Earth History

Earth History is much more than dinosaurs and neanderthals. This course covers the complete evolution of the Earth and its inhabitants. Connections among global forces, environments, and life are stressed. Understanding the Earth's past helps us be better stewards of it in the present, and plan our future intelligently. The course has no prerequesites, contains weekly laboratories, and has several field trips to points of interest in and around Mankato.
