Please arrive no later than 45 minutes prior to the ceremony you are marching in. Arrive at the north entrance of the Myers Field House (off of South Road East) in full academic regalia and go directly to Myers Field House where you will line up. If you have reserved a doctoral or masters gown from the Office of Alumni Relations & Special Events, you may pick that up in the line-up area.
You may park in Lots 20A, 21, 22 or 23 (off of Stadium Road). Parking is free,
and shuttles will be available to transport you to and from the Taylor Center
and Myers Field House.
Your line-up area is located in Myers Field House. Enlarged maps of the processional line up will be posted to assist you in finding your location.
Faculty must be lined up and ready to leave the Field House 25 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. MSU volunteers (black vests and MSU name badges) and student marshals (yellow robes) will escort you to the entrances to the arena floor of Bresnan Arena in time for the processional. Student marshals (yellow robes) will lead you in the processional to your seating area. Another student marshal will be there to seat you. The reserved seat in the front is for the College Honor Marshal.
Student honor marshals will lead the recessional; you will take the same route
you entered the arena following the platform party.
