MnSCU Board Policy 4.9 requires all employees to have a performance evaluation once per year, thus as a Minnesota State Mankato employee, you are entitled to an annual performance evaluation or review. The purpose of this is to understand what you are doing well, what you need to improve (if anything), and to discuss your professional development.
