It is warming up and the snow is melting away! Indicators that summer will be approaching and it is time to be thinking about office hours.
Official summer hours beginning May 9, 2011, and ending August 15, 2011, are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Core hours during this period are 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Individuals should begin to work with their supervisors to determine working hours during this period. In accordance with the AFSCME Council 5 collective bargaining agreement, changes in work schedules for AFSCME employees shall be posted fourteen (14) days prior to the effective date of change.
