In Your Mail

The Benny™ cards & HRA statements were sent out early this year!

If you are an insurance-eligible faculty or staff please watch your mail at home for two separate mailings:

  • A mailing from Eide Bailly showing your HRA and/or MDEA account(s), instructions for accessing your account(s), and COBRA information

  • A mailing that contains two Benny™ cards and instructions for activating and using the cards

NOTE:
The Employer (State of Minnesota) may amend the HRA Plan at any time and in any manner
that it deems reasonable.
