Benny™ Card Home

What's Included

The mailing from Eide Bailly includes:

Account balance information for the MDEA (if you enrolled for 2009)
The State of MN $250 HRA (if you were enrolled in the health insurance plan as of January 1, 2009)
Information on accessing your accounts
COBRA notification

The Benny™ Cards Mailing: The Benny™ Cards were mailed in a white business-size envelope that says "Do Not Throw Away" and "Your New Employee Benefits Materials Are Enclosed".

Yup, it looks very much like a credit card solicitation.

The cards were sent separately from the Eide Bailly letter because they come from a different source and do not include account balance information.

IFO & Administrators:

The mailing does not include 2009 MnSCU HRA balances for faculty and administrators. Eide Bailly and the Office of the Chancellor are in the process of reconciling their MnSCU HRA records. 2009 MnSCU HRA balances will be added to the Benny™ Cards and account information will be issued at a later date.

NOTE:
The Employer (State of Minnesota) may amend the HRA Plan at any time and in any manner
that it deems reasonable.
