Online Tuition Waiver System

Starting November 24, 2008, MnSCU implemented an online system to apply for tuition waivers. You should use this system for Spring 2009 and future requests as paper forms will no longer be used.

How to Login

Click on the following link to login:

https://webproc.mnscu.edu/tw/waiver/summary.do?campusid=071

You will be asked for the following:

Login ID or Username: This is your eight digit Tech ID number that appears on the back of your MavCard
Pin or Password: This is your personal pin/password that you have created.

Never Logged In?

If you have never logged into to systems such as E-services, STARS, etc. your PIN has been preset to one of the following:

• Your birth date backwards as YYMMDD format
• The last six digits of your social security number

Things To Remember

• Always click on 'Logout' (in the upper right corner) to ensure that no one else can access your records!
• Check back in the Tuition Waiver System to see when the waiver is processed by HR. You will NOT receive a hard copy confirmation.
• Make sure you or your dependent checks their billing information to make sure the tuition waiver gets processed in a timely manner.
