You will need a new I-20 from MSU for the new semester. You will NOT be required to pay the application fee again however, you must fill out pages 1, 2 and 5 of the application form again since some of the information may be different. We will require a new bank statement which is not more than 3 months from the new application date. Once you have filled out all of these documents, send them to:

The Admissions office will then send you a new letter of acceptance and the International Center will produce a new I-20 so that you can use this information to obtain a visa.
