One of the goals of the Kearney International Center is to encourage students from around the world to share their culture, ideas, and talents with one another. Each year international student groups organize and present a variety of events and programs. Each of these is a wonderful opportunity for cultural enrichment and entertainment.

All of the Minnesota State Mankato campus events contribute the dynamic campus culture.
The Middle Eastern Student Association (M.E.S.A.) will share their culture through dance performances, cultural food and more with all the students and Mankato Community.

Students from Asian countries will share their culture through dance performances, cultural food and more for the first time with all the Students and Mankato Community. Asian Night is a collaborative event between the Office of Multicultural Affairs and the Kearney International Center.
The African Student Association (ASA) will share their culture through dance performances, cultural food and more for the first time will be held in the Bresnan Arena with all the Students and Mankato Community.
The Festival is Minnesota State University, Mankato's largest International Event. The Mankato Area International Festival will provide attendees with a passport to discover a colorful flag parade, great singing, dancing, a fashion show, food vendors, cultural displays, children's area for making crafts, as well as a silent auction to raise funds for the International Festivals.
The festival celebrates diversity and culture from around the world and within the Mankato community. This event provides a common message of peace, harmony and friendship. It also gives an opportunity for attendees to experience many cultures under a single roof.
