The purpose of the Cultural Contribution In-State Tuition Scholarship is to award international students who achieve excellent academic performance and cross-cultural understanding, both on-and-off campus.
Minnesota State University, Mankato has established factors to be considered in awarding resident tuition scholarships to international students who are in proper non-immigrant F-1 and J-1 status. In-State Tution Selection Committee will monitor the criteria in the instructions below each semester to determine if the scholarship has been maintained.
The International Endowment committee offers the scholarship for the deserving international students every year. Each year international students at MSU may apply for the Endowment Scholarships in the Spring semester. Please check the Endowment Scholarship section for more information.
Minnesota State University, Mankato offers variety of scholarships for students. Apart from In-State Cultural Contribution Scholarship and the International Endowment Scholarship, we encourrage our international students to seek other scholarship oppertunities.
