TB Test

Page address:

You must  take the TB-Tuberculosis (Mantoux) test!

TB Testing will be administered during the mandatory international student orientation. Following the test a follow-up reading of the test will also be done. During the orientation you will be provided all the necessary information. All students (new and transfer) must take the TB test. If you have proof of TB test already been taken please bring supporting materials/documents/doctors notes. Kearney International Center will not determine to waive the TB test. MSU Health Services will determine to waive the TB test.

This is mandatory. If you do not have the TB taken, read, and your TB testing form as proof (which you must bring to check out) a hold will be placed on future registrations. You can read more about the TB testing online.

Once you have successfully completed the TB test and the follow-up reading, a van will be available on to take you to the ISJ Health Clinic Center location in Mankato. This is only necessary if a Student Health representative requests for you to have further follow-up. If you have more questions contact the Kearney International Center or check the orientation schedule for more updates on the TB test and schedule.
