Every year the program participates in a number of activities outside the classroom. These activities include

• Fall Conference
• Consulting Challenge
• working on consulting projects with the Organizational Effectiveness Research Group (OERG)
• academic conferences (SIOP, IOOB, Midwest Conference for Professional Psychology)
• on-campus speakers
• site visits to organizations
• attendance at MPPAW (Minnesota Professionals for Psychology Applied to Work)
• community service
• international travel
• social events
