Participants in the seminar will examine the evolving role of I/O Psychology in South East Asia. The sessions will include site visits to organizations that are involved in research related to employee selection and development. In addition to daily visits to local universities and businesses, we will explore numerous historical and cultural sites. We will spend most of our time in Singapore but will travel to a small island in Indonesia for relaxation and team building. In addition, we will spend two days assisting with the tsunami disaster relief in Thailand. Check out more trip pictures.
