- Adobe Presenter is a PowerPoint to Flash conversion tool
- You must get an account through MetNet to get access to download Adobe Presenter. Click HERE for more information.
- A new program is not installed, but a new menu option in PowerPoint is created - allowing for easy conversions
- Coverting PowerPoint Presentations to Flash is a good option for a few reasons
- Flash is easy to share on webpages and D2L
- Flash is streaming which means it will begin playing while it is downloading - not true for PowerPoint
- Flash is viewable on any platform (with the Flash Player installed) with out your students needing to purchase PowerPoint
- Your presentations are protected since students will not have your actual PowerPoint presentation
