Action Items

There are difficulties with closed captioning with DVD presentations with classroom equipment that is needed for students with hearing impairments. What can be done to make it easier for closed captioning to be turned on?
Smartboard use seems minimal. Are there any ways to provide training or resources that will result in interest and use of Smartboards?
