Tracking Your Help Request

The ITS Help Desk uses special software to track all problems and issues.  When you call the ITS Help Desk, they will ask for your MSU Tech ID so they can track the incident and respond to you using your campus contact information.  You will receive an email confirmation when the ITS Help Desk creates a ticket for your unresolved issue and also when your ticket is officially closed.  To check on issues previously submitted to the Help Desk or to submit a new ticket, please use the Self-Service Help Desk System.
