ResTech Services

The ResTech Services offers comprehensive computer support for students living in the residence halls. This support includes:

  • Network connectivity support
  • Network card installation
  • Installation and configuration of anti virus software
  • Virus and worm removal
  • Mal ware (spy-ware and ad-ware) removal
  • Windows update support
  • Web browser installation
  • Operating system installation

The ResTech Services support is offered at no cost to the residence hall student. This service does not include support of peripheral devices (such as printers, scanners, etc.). Support is offered on an appointment only basis. There are two ResTech Services locations; one is located in the basement of Carkoski Commons (CC 0006) and the other on the ground floor of Gage B-Tower (GAB 8A) near the First Year Experience office.
