Appointment Information

All hands-on computer assistance from ResTech Services is done on an appointment basis. After you have signed up for an appointment time, you will need to bring your computer to the proper ResTech Services location. In most cases, you will need to bring only your computer to the appointment (i.e. no monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc.). If you are unable to connect to the network at all, please bring your Ethernet cable as well. If the ResTech Services staff member is unable to resolve the issue during your appointment, you may be asked to leave your computer at the location until the problem can be solved. Appointment times are one half hour in length.

There are several ways to sign up for an appointment. You may call the ITS Help Desk at 389-6654, contact the ResTech Services via e-mail at ResTechServices@mnsu.edu, or sign up online using your MavMAIL calendar.
