Information & Technology Service Desk provides support via walk-in, telephone, e-mail, the RightNow Incident Management system as well as remote assistance. The Service Desk services administrative, academic and student computer questions.

Also, please remember that Information & Technology Services will never send you an e-mail message requesting your username or password for any reason. If you receive a message requesting your personal information, please forward it to spam@mnsu.edu and delete it. Do not respond to any request with your username, password, or other personal information.

The IT Service Desk uses special software to track all problems and issues. When you call the IT Service Desk, they will ask for your MSU Tech ID so they can track the incident and respond to you using your campus contact information. You will receive an email confirmation when the IT Service Desk creates an incident for your request or issue. To check on issues previously submitted to the Service Desk or to submit a new ticket, please use the Self-Service Service Desk System.
