ResTech Services offers comprehensive computer support to residence hall students at no cost. Support is offered by appointment only.

Support includes:

  • Network connectivity support
  • Network card installation
  • Installation and configuration of antivirus software
  • Virus and worm removal
  • Malware (spyware and adware) removal
  • Windows update support
  • Web browser installation
  • Operating system installation

Support does not include peripheral and personal electronic devices such as printers, scanners, PDA's, etc.

ResTech On-line Appointment Setup

The ResTech On-line Appointment Setup form will allow you request a time and location to meet with ResTech support.

Appointment times may vary slightly due to the needs of students and ResTech Services staff.
