Communication and Collaboration MNSU - Standard service impacted

Office 365 is delivered to users through the cloud and includes Email, OneDrive for Business, Skype for Business, Office Online, Video, and various other productivity apps.

Service Categories
  • Email

    The email service provides each user a mailbox, calendar, access to the university address book, and a university email address.
     
    Users are defined as current students, faculty, staff, students that graduate (email for life), approved emeriti and campus affiliates.

  • License

    Additional Office 365 applications are available to be licensed through a monthly subscription.
     
    Users requesting licensed services must provide a cost center and agree to estimates of charges provided.
     
    Users are defined as current faculty, staff, and approved campus affiliates.

  • Office Apps

    Office apps provide access for users to cloud applications including: Office Online, Delve, Yammer, OneNote, Sway, and Video.
     
    Users are defined as current students, faculty, staff, and approved campus affiliates.

  • OneDrive

    Personal cloud storage of 1 TB for each user.
     
    Users are defined as current students, faculty, staff, and approved campus affiliates.

  • Utility Calendar

    Utility calendar provide a separate resource to be used for department or program scheduling.

* Critical Response Time – 4 hours
