MavMAIL is MSU's free, web-based e-mail service available at home, campus, or anywhere! MavMAIL provides e-mail, calendar, and address books for students' personal use. All official e-mail communications, including financial aid, billing, and announcements, will be sent to this e-mail address. You can click the link above to log on and start using your mailbox.

You've probably heard about MSU being one of the nation's most wireless-accessible campuses in the country. It's true. If you have a wireless network card in your notebook computer or other wireless computer device, you can enjoy all the benefits of the wired network.

When your coursework requires files that you need to get at from anywhere on- (or off-) campus, get to know MavDISK. This great service gives every student 600Mb of file storage space and web site hosting so you can develop your own web site.
MSU's ACC is filled with almost all the hardware and software you'll need, from word processing to advanced graphics and multimedia capabilities. It's open early and closes late, and is available weekends. Here's one of the easiest places to print out your papers and reports, too.
Some satellite labs provide specialized resources. There are satellite computer labs all over campus. Check to see if there's one in your building, including the Res Halls!
When you visit Memorial Library, you'll see computers on every floor. Some are restricted for searches, but others are available for your use on other projects, or internet research. Check out the Library website for more information and what is available.
If you live on campus, your room has computer network connections. Your computer needs an ethernet card and you will need an ethernet cable. You can find instructions on how to get connected at ResTech Services network setup page.
