MavNET is a campus-wide 802.11b and 802.11g wireless network. It offers Internet connectivity to students, faculty, and staff with laptops, handheld computers, and other wireless devices.
MavNET wireless network is available to nearly all study areas, lounges, food facilities, general-purpose classrooms, labs, auditoriums, and outdoor gathering areas.
Please follow the instructions below to configure your wireless device to use 64 or 128 bit encryption to ensure your communication is not easily intercepted and viewed by others.
Students using wireless computers can print to a variety of printers throughout campus at MavPRINT print stations. MavPRINT print stations are available in the Academic Computer Center (ACC), Memorial Library, and various locations around campus. College of Business students may print on additional printers in Morris Hall and Armstrong Hall. Every student may print up to 250 pages on black and white laser printers each semester at no cost. Color laser printers are also available in Memorial Library for students to use.
To learn more about student printing from wireless computers, please see MavPRINT instructions.
