A. Much information on creating an ITV class is given on the student guide page. This page gives some basic guidelines on what types of materials to use for distanced learning as well as some skills that can be used to enhance your viewers' ITV experience.
A. ITV assistants are asked to devote their time to the same length of time the ITV class is aired, and allow for an additional half hour for early arrival and late departure. Problems can materialize at any time. The technicians are present to quickly find the cause of the problem, identify if it is local or network and contact additional support personal if needed.
