About Bugzilla
Bugzilla is a bug tracking system for software development projects.
Mnsu.edu website development team uses Bugzilla to manage website and web server requests. It's hosted on Krypton
at http://krypton.mnsu.edu/bugzilla/.

Access
Authentication is required to view, make or modify requests. Please contact aleksey.lazar@mnsu.edu to get an account or to reset your password.
Request (bug)
Required Fields
This is all we need, in most cases:
- Product: if the website starts with http://www.mnsu.edu/, "www.mnsu.edu" is the product.
if you are not sure where to put your bug, select "~I don't know where to put my bug!"
- Component: if the website is http://www.mnsu.edu/wcenter/, "wcenter" is the component.
- URL: copy and paste the exact address of the page or website section.
- Summary: summarize the request, e.g.: "Publish February newsletter".
- Description: describe the request in detail. Communicate deadlines clearly.

Status
After the bug is submitted, it will be reviewed and handled by the website development team.
You will receive and email message when status updates or questions are posted for the bug. Please pay attention to email messages from Bugzilla and respond when neccessary.
