Submitting original materials for bugs
Please use one of the two methods:
- Public files on Mavdisk (preferred): after the request is filed, make a folder in your public files, naming it after the bug number, like "1112" and put the originals there.
- Original Media: disks with original content can be sent to ML3010, ATTN: Website Development, using intra-campus mail. Please do this only if using Mavdisk is not an option.
Using public files on Mavdisk
- File your request in Bugzilla; add a note that originals are in your public files
- Copy the number of the request you just filed
- Go to your public files on Mavdisk using your file browser
- Make a new folder and name it using the bug number, e.g., "1112"
- Place all of the originals there
