SubheadPage address: http://www.mnsu.edu/its/web/editing/template/layout/subhead.html
The Subheader image allows you to showcase a little bit about who your page represents. As seen at the top of this page they are typically represented by a collection of pictures with the title of the department or program the image is for. However, there are some pages which are slightly different: cob.mnsu.edu and cset.mnsu.edu are really great examples! As long as it can be approved to be placed on the website, your options are endless for what to have for an image. This image will appear above every page within a whole department/program website.
- The image must be 1000px wide and 105px tall
- The Photoshop file Official Banner Template can be used as a starting point.
- This file can also be opened and edited in Fireworks CS3 or later and it will retain the various layers and effects
- When using this file make sure that any overlaying text, such as "SAMPLE TEXT" within the file is, is in the Futura font with the style of the font being Futura Standard Book.
