• Reviewed objectives and discussed schedule
• Assessed survey results; discussed methods to get updated data, and include faculty/staff. Agreed to send task force the phase 1 questions to create new list of options for faculty/staff choices, and send out campus-wide survey via Zoomerang to base decisions on.

4/7/2004

• Features to be included or excluded from content list:
  • over 50% rank: develop for Aug. 2004
  • over 40% rank: develop for Jan. 2005

High-level objectives

This work group will evaluate and assess the available content and features in conjunction with the needs and wants of the various MSU constituencies. Its final recommendation will become the high-level functional requirements document for the technical development/implementation team.
