In this session, we will discuss and see Microsoft technologies available today that can greatly enhance the traditional computer lab environment. Learn about new and enhanced features of Windows Server 2008 as well as other Microsoft and partnering virtualization technologies that can improve and secure our lab services to the end user and at the same time streamline the infrastructure.

Session II - Wednesday, June 4th, 1:20pm -2:20pm

In Session I we learned about many of the current solutions that allow us to enhance the computer lab experience both for the end user and IT. In this session, get a glimpse of some ‘near future’ technologies that will allow us to think beyond the implementation of current lab computing solutions such as thick/thin client computing and VDI for a more flexible and improved services-oriented lab environment.
