The MavCARD Office prints approved name badges for the MSU Community

Effective with spring semester 2013 we are pleased to have a new name badge format.

All name badges will be produced using the design above.  Requests for a design other than the approved design above should be directed to the Graphics Team in Printing & Photocopying Services, 507-389-4055, graphics@mnsu.edu.

Badge Requests

• Departments
  • For badge requests, departments and recognized student organizations need to bring a CA037 form to the MavCARD Office located at 117 Centennial Student Union.  Forms can also be sent via campus mail to MavCARD Office SU117. Forms must be completed and signed by authorized buying department representative prior to name badge pick up.
• Students
  • Students who need to purchase their own name badge for a program of study such as educational classroom experience or nursing clinicals should bring their payment to the MavCARD Office and be prepared to show their MavCARD student id.

Cost

Cost is $5 per name badge. The cost of name badges will increase to $8 at the beginning of Fiscal Year 14, effective July 1, 2013.
