1) Contact Wells Fargo (if you have a Wells Fargo account):
- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1-800-TO-WELLS (1-800-869-3557) or TTY/TTD 800-877-4833 for hearing impaired callers
2) Freeze your MavCASH account online
3) Stop by the MavCARD Office
- During business hours to get a new MavCARD.
- You will get a new barcode on the MavCARD.
- You must pay the replacement fee of $15 before you get your reissued MavCARD . $15 is payable at the MavCARD Office (SU117).
