Q. What is MavCASH

A. MavCASH is an on campus account that you can deposit money into and use in the following areas on campus

• Vending
  • snack
  • pop/soda
• University Dining Services
• Barnes and Noble Bookstore (on-campus)
• Copy Shoppes
• Paylot
• Photocopy Machines
• MavPRINT

Q. Can I use my credit card in the MavCASH Card Management Center machine?

A. Yes

Q. How much can I put on my MavCASH account?

A. No set limit, but only put on amount to what you expect to spend. MavCASH is non-refundable.

Q. Any discounts using MavCASH?

A. On campus vending machines (pop/soda & snacks) you will receive a 10% discount.

Q. How can I add money to my MavCASH account?

A. You can deposit money into your account at one of three locations on campus and online. The MavCARD office will take check, cash or credit card. There are MavCASH Card Management Center machines located in Wiecking Center, Centennial Student Union by the Ostrander Auditorium and the MSU Memorial Library Copy Shoppe. The MavCASH Card Management Center machine take cash in $1, $5, $10, $20 dollar increments and credit cards.

Q. How can I check how much money is in MavCASH account?

A. View you balance and transactions online or by using the MavCASH Card Management Center machine you can view and print your current card balance.

Q. What happens if I lose my MavCARD ?

A. First, freeze your MavCASH account online. Get a replacement card at the MavCARD office during business hours.

Q. Refunds/Balance at end of Semester?

A. There are no card limits, but don't put more on than you will spend. MavCASH is non-refundable.
