Student Health is a top priority for MSSA and Minnesota State Mankato's administration. Students need to be healthy to be able to learn. The focus of these weeks will be to inform students of major or common health concerns and ways to prevent them.

A presentation about safe sex for all couples.

Tuesday, April 1: Drunk Driving Course

A simulator will be set up in the CSU for students to see what it is like to drive under the influence. There is the possibility of having students drive a small course with fatal vision goggles (there will be a passenger in the golf cart). While people are waiting, there will be different activities for students to participate in with the fatal vision goggles on.

Tuesday, April 1: Here 2 Help Presentations

There will be two presentations given by Student Health Services about the warning signs of and practices to help prevent dangerous consequences of alcohol

When and Where

Session 1: 12:00pm in CSU 201. Session 2: 2:30pm in CSU 201

Thursday, April 3: DWI Presentation

A panel will consist of members of the Mankato Police Department who will present information about the cost and the process of getting a DWI.
