In accordance with the University's and the Chancellor's strategic plans, the Ronald E. McNair Postbaccalaureate Achievement Program at Minnesota State University, Mankato is designed to increase the recruitment, retention and success of those students that have been under–served by higher education. The purpose of the McNair Program is to provide its participants with high–quality and relevant research opportunities, access to technology, and concrete assistance in order to ensure their success in doctoral programs after completing their bachelor degrees at Minnesota State University, Mankato.
