Juliann Marie Froehlich was born October 10, 1964, in Mankato, Minnesota to Jerry and Beverly Froehlich. Julie is the oldest of five children. They lived in St. Clair until she started kindergarten, and then the family moved to Smith Mill.
While growing up, Julie had many different jobs. She did house cleaning for the neighbors and babysat. She helped out her mom with chores around the house and babysat her brothers and sisters.
Julie enjoyed hanging out with friends and having a good time. She played volleyball and worked on the yearbook staff during high school. At the age of sixteen, she started working at the Janesville Nursing Home.
Julie met her future husband, James, when she was a junior in high school. They married on September 11, 1982. They have two children together, Adam, born October 29, 1982, and Melissa, born May 15, 1986.
Some of Julie's hobbies are camping, fishing, jet skiing, shopping, and spending a lot of time with her family and friends.
