Our group had such an amazing time working on this project. There is so much we have learned over the past few weeks. We got to meet and become friends with fellow classmates as well as our interviewee. Lora was a great person to work with. She was very easy going and had a lot of great stories. Even though Lora grew up in the same era that we did, there was so much we learned that we had overlooked ourselves. We assumed going into the interview that we would know most of the answers to the questions before they were answered. How wrong we were (except for Ashley, who is Lora’s sister). It was fun learning about how different Lora’s life growing up was compared to our own.
We all agree that we had a great group of people working to help put this project together. We all worked very well together and did was what expected of us. We learned about ourselves as well as the people we were working with. We are glad we are able to help with this project, but most of all, we are glad we are able to display our own era on the web page for future generations to come.
