On 11/21/2008 MSU Security and the Mankato Police took a report of a sexual assault that occurred in a campus residence hall on 11/16/2008.
The suspect and victim had recently been introduced and the assault took place after attending the same event.
The suspect has been identified and the case has currently been inactivated by Mankato Police and is pending with the University.
