On 02/10/2009 MSU Security was notified by the Mankato Police Department that on 2/1/09 at approximately 1:30 a.m., an 18 year old female was walking on Pohl Rd between Balcerzak and Stadium when she was approached by a black male. The male began touching her back, buttocks, and chest and put his hand down her pants at one point. The victim pushed at the suspect and was able to get away from him and run in the opposite direction as the suspect.
The suspect was described as a black male in his 20’s, approximately 5’08” tall wearing a camouflage jacket.
