On April 13, 2010 MSU Security collected the below information from the Mankato Police Department regarding a report of a sexual assault that was filed directly with the police on April 12, 2010.
Mankato Department of Public Safety was notified on April 12, 2010 of an acquaintance sexual assault that occurred in one of the Residence Halls of MSU, Mankato in the early morning hours of April 11, 2010.
All parties involved have been identified by the Mankato Police Department.
The incident is under investigation.
