On 01/31/2011 MSU Security and the Mankato Police took a report of an armed robbery that occurred in an MSU residence hall on 01/17/2011.
The victim reported that two males knocked on his door and when answered forced their way in displaying a hand gun. The suspects demand property from the victims and fled from the room.
The suspect with the gun has been identified as an individual involved in the robbery reported on 01/23/2011 and is currently incarcerated.
This incident is under investigation by the Mankato Police as part of the ongoing investigation of the 01/23/2011 robbery.
