Greek Life students coordinating initiative to help Ronald McDonald House.

Greek Life students host recycling initiative today.


Minnesota State University, Mankato Greek Life students to host a recycling initiative Friday, Feb. 10.

Participants may donate recyclable soda cans and bottles. All materials should be brought to the loading dock of the Centennial Student Union at 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 10.

Money raised from the cans and bottles will go toward the Children's Miracle Network and pop tabs will be donated to the Ronald McDonald House.

Vice Presidents of Community Service and Philanthropy of the Greek Councils, Jeremy Herkenoff and Jordan Garcia to be credited as creators of the recycling initiative.

The Minnesota State University, Mankato Greek Community, has been present on campus for more than 50 years and is comprised of approximately 400 students from eleven fraternities and sororities. The Community’s core values are leadership, scholarship, philanthropy, and friendship.
