Do you want to start 2013 with a bang? Do you want to make a change of some sort this year? We will provide the support and tools to help you accomplish your goals , wishes, and dreams through this exciting program offered through the new Center for Sport and Performance Psychology!
Our Resolution Solution package includes: 2 one-on-one consultations with a certified wellness coach, five 90-minute workshops, and phone calls every other week.
The initial session will help you develop a vision for what you would like to accomplish in the program. The additional session will help you assess your progress and redefine your goals.
The workshops will be limited to 5-6 participants and will be dedicated to various topics that will help stick to your goals this year. Topics will include: motivation, goal setting, thought management, and other topics that will help you make your change stick.
These phone calls will help keep you on track by providing additional accountability and powerful conversations with someone who has the ability to help you achieve your goals.
