Sept. 24: Public meeting on 'Carbon Footprint Analyis'

Mankato, Minn. – A representative from Sebesta Blomberg, an engineering and design services firm in St. Paul, Minn., will present a report on Minnesota State University, Mankato’s carbon footprint analysis to the Minnesota State Mankato administration in an 11 a.m. meeting Tuesday, Sept. 24 in Centennial Student Union (Room 202, Cooper Room).

The meeting is free and open to the public.

The carbon footprint analysis is the first step in Minnesota State Mankato’s mission to reduce resource consumption and increase its operations toward a more sustainable campus – part of the University’s goal of having a campus committed to “supporting energy efficiency, resource conservation and sustainability,” as stated in the University’s Strategic Plan 2010-2015.
