Preparing U for the world of work


We will meet Wednesday November 13th at 4:00 PM in Wiecking Center Room 322, this is the conference room connected to the SSS computer lab.   Through this workshop students will learn information about internships, job search materials, and professionalism. Students will learn about job shadowing, professional networks, and what they can do throughout their college career to get prepared for the job market. Students graduation soon will especially benefit from learning about interviewing techniques and tips for providing great professional references.   Email if interested in any of the workshops, drop-ins are always welcome!   To be considered an active participant in the program and remain eligible for services, a student must meet with his/her SSS advisor at least once in a semester and have two additional contacts. Workshops are a great way to get a contact!   If you are unable to attend a workshop but would be interested in the information, feel free to contact  Karina would be happy to share the resources provided in the workshop or offer the information in a one on one setting.   SSS WORKSHOP SERIES FALL 2013 Need at contact?
