April 28: Pop Singer Mike Posner to Perform in Bresnan Arena
Tickets go on sale to Minnesota State Mankato students April 1.

Mankato, Minn. – Pop singer-songwriter Mike Posner and a special guest will perform at Minnesota State University, Mankato in an 8 p.m. concert on Monday, April 28 in Bresnan Arena.
Posner’s 2010 single “Cooler Than Me” sold over one million copies, made it to number four of USA Today’s top 40 airplay chart and reached number six on the Billboard Hot 100 and Digital Songs Chart. Among Posner’s newest releases is the single “Top of the World,” featuring Big Sean.
Posner concert tickets will be exclusively available to Minnesota State Mankato students for one week beginning on April 1, and remaining tickets will go on sale to the general public on April 8. Posner’s concert is recommended for audiences 16 years and older.
Ticket details are as follows:
Minnesota State Mankato students will be able to purchase one ticket per student for $22 starting at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, April 1.
Minnesota State Mankato students may tickets online with a credit card at www.csuevents.com (must use Star ID login), or in person with cash or check (must also present MavCARD) at the Student Activities Office located in Centennial Student Union 173. (Only the tickets are required for admission into the concert.)
After ticket sales start at 10 a.m. on April 1, in-person sales will continue from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday while tickets remain.
The general public may purchase general admission tickets for $30 starting at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, April 8 online at www.csuevents.com or in person at Centennial Student Union Room 173.
Doors for the concert will open at 6:30 p.m. on April 28. Free event parking will be available in Lots 20 and 21 located adjacent to Blakeslee Stadium on the university campus. Minnesota State Mankato is a tobacco-free and alcohol-free campus. No outside food or drink will be permitted in the concert. No bags or recording devices will be allowed into the concert. Concessions will be sold.
The concert is sponsored by the Minnesota State Mankato student programming group IMPACT (Innovative Memorable Programming Achieving Campus Togetherness), which is advised by staff in Minnesota State Mankato’s Student Activities Office.
