Beware of New Phishing Attempts
Phishing emails sent on May 28 and 29, 2015
The ITS Security team has identified multiple phishing emails as having been sent to staff/faculty/students on May 28 and 29, 2015. The following is an example of what the email may look like. If you receive this email, please ignore it, forward it to email@example.com, and delete it from your inbox.

As a reminder, ITS at MNSU will never ask you to provide confidential or personal information, such as a password, in an email.

We detected something unusual about a recent sign-in to the e-mail account. To help keep you safe, we required an extra security challenge.

If this was you, then you can safely ignore this email. If you're not sure this was you, a malicious user might have your password. You have to <link removed> for account update to help keep you safer.
