D2L Brightspace Issues Since Upgrade
Problems have emerged for students using Google Chrome browser in new version of D2L.
IT Solutions would like to thank everyone for their patience and understanding with the newly updated D2L Brightspace that occurred on June 6th. The communication we have received regarding the update has been extremely helpful as we aim to help as best we can with the new transition. We have identified issues with the following feature(s) on D2L Brightspace:
- Participating in Quizzes
- Saving Quiz Questions
- Advancing to Pages within Quizzes
- Submitting Quizzes
- Viewing Quiz Submission
These issues have been identified with the following browser(s) while using D2L Brightspace:
- Google Chrome
We currently advising that students taking quizzes on D2L Brightspace should be using a browser other than Google Chrome.
We are currently recommending Firefox for the best experience on any device.
