“I am really excited to bring the Inflatable 5K to campus,” says Dustin Slaughter, MNSU Student. “It will be a good way to bring the university and community together.”

Inflatable 5ks are a 5k run with inflatable obstacles set up along the way. Runners will have the option to complete the obstacle or run around it. The inflatables include slides, climbing walls, and other obstacle. It adds a new level of competiveness and fun for the participants. Each obstacle will bring a set of new unknown challenges.

This will be the second inflatable 5K that the Student Events Team will host. In the past they have held color runs, but decided this year to try something new.

The Student Events Team is a student led organization that produces fun, interactive, educational events where students make lifelong memories and celebrate their Maverick pride.
